Paths along ancient irrigation trails, walks around lakes, hikes through pastures, mountain climbing, tours to mountain peaks and even glacier tours of the ‘King Otler’ Mountain (the highest in South Tyrol, at 3,892 m): all of these possibilities await you in the area.

Your tour starts from the Hotel. Choose the one you wish, according to your mood and ambition. You can determine the pace that suits you best. Mountain restaurants, Alpine farms and taverns are the best points of reference for relaxing hours in a splendid landscape.

Enjoy dreamlike views and panoramas, a great variety of wonderful destinations and even a few athletic challenges. Some hiking paths will take you as far as Austria and Switzerland.

Its unique landscape makes Venosta Valley a true El Dorado for mountain bikers. The ancient trade route Via Claudia Augusta has an impressive bike path that goes from Lake Resia through Prato allo Stelvio to Merano. The 1,000-metre elevation difference offers a wonderful variety of settings.

The valley plain contains ideal tracts for beginners, which pass by the sparkling Resia and San Valentino lakes. The routes to the Alpine huts of San Valentino and Curon make for wonderful rides.

Those who prefer to go downhill rather than uphill will be happy to discover the trails on the Resia Pass.
A variety of routes pass by traces of military tanks from the interwar period, while splendid vistas will impress even
the most experienced bikers.
