Junior Chef Hubert has gained years of valuable experience
in a variety of gastronomic settings, which he
combines with the traditions of our family-run business.

The result is a personal and varied breakfast buffet, which
magically puts smiles on the faces of our guests.

The breakfast room is spacious and lovingly
decorated, where we welcome you daily with
good spirits, to pamper you.

Product awareness – attention to detail – honesty:

Our coffee comes from the South Tyrolean coffee roaster Schreyögg (Alps Coffee)

We get our bread from the Angerer bakery (20 metres from us)

We supply our own cured meats: well-aged South Tyrolean speck and other quality delicacies

We offer an excellent selection of cheeses from the nearby Alpine dairy in Burgusio

We prepare our fruit salad fresh every day

We get our yoghourt and dairy products from the South Tyrolean company MILA

Naturally we make our own Muesli

We will gladly make you a fresh egg dish upon request

We’re proud of our homemade cakes and waffles

Of course we also serve classic Italian breakfast pastries

We offer a variety of juices, mueslis and jams

And a few seasonal surprises!
